St George Motor Boat Club Crowned NSW Club of the Year by ILG
St George Motor Boat Club has been recognised as the NSW Club of the Year at the Independent Liquor Group (ILG) Golden Anniversary Dinner, held at the International Convention Centre Sydney.
The glittering event marked 50 years of ILG’s achievements, celebrating the people, partnerships and milestones that have shaped the organisation since its inception.
More than 500 guests from across the hospitality sector attended the ‘Time to Shine’ Awards Program, which showcased outstanding contributions from pubs, clubs and restaurants around Australia.
The program featured nine categories of business excellence, including Bottle Shop of the Year, Hotel of the Year, and Group of the Year. St George Motor Boat Club was thrilled to be named NSW Club of the Year, a reflection of its commitment to quality service, innovation and community engagement. Club CEO Adrian Vermeulen says the honour is a collective achievement that reflects the dedication of the entire team.
“We are incredibly proud to receive this recognition from ILG,” Adrian says.
“This award is a testament to the hard work, dedication and passion of our entire team. To be recognised among so many outstanding venues and operators across Australia is an honour, and we share this achievement with our loyal members and community who continue to support us every day.”
ILG’s Time to Shine Awards are considered a seal of approval for excellence within the hospitality industry, recognising venues that set benchmarks for performance and inspire others to achieve similar success.
St George Motor Boat Club also extended its congratulations to all other winners and to ILG for reaching its 50-year milestone — celebrating a shared commitment to partnership, progress and community.
