Wenty Leagues has announced a new partnership with the highly regarded Dedes Waterfront Group, introducing a modern Greek restaurant, Alati, to the Club.
Alati will occupy and reimagine the Club’s existing restaurant space, transforming it into a contemporary Greek dining destination that reflects the Dedes brand.
Celebrating seasonal flavours and the joy of shared plates, the menu will feature many Greek favourites, alongside contemporary dishes that resonate strongly with Sydney diners.
For more than forty years, Dedes Waterfront Group has been behind some of Sydney’s most recognised hospitality destinations, known for quality, authenticity and memorable dining experiences.
The introduction of Alati will re-establish an à la carte-style dining experience at Wenty Leagues, complementing the Club’s broader food offerings, which includes The Plaza and the recently opened Arbor café.
Wenty Leagues President, Ian McCann said the agreement represents another strategic step in strengthening the Club’s already diverse and high-quality dining portfolio.
“Wenty Leagues has long been recognised for the strength of its food and beverage offering,” said Ian.
“Partnering with Dedes Waterfront Group further enhances that reputation and reintroduces an à la carte-style experience that complements The Plaza and our recently opened Arbor café.
“This is about continuing to evolve while building on the strong foundation we already have.”
Founder of Dedes Waterfront Group, Con Dedes, said the group was excited to bring its expertise to Western Sydney.
“Alati will focus on quality produce, contemporary Greek flavours and warm hospitality,” said Con.
“Our goal is to create a restaurant that feels elevated yet welcoming, and one that becomes a destination for both members and the wider Sydney market.”
The introduction of Alati marks the next chapter in Wenty Leagues’ journey, reinforcing its position as one of Western Sydney’s leading hospitality venues. Further details regarding opening dates and launch events will be announced in the coming months.
The latest offering adds to the Dedes Waterfront Group’s club offerings, with their other eateries including Watergrill at the Sydney Rowing Club, Regatta Club at Haberfield Rowers Club and Alpha at the Hellenic Club.
