Member clubs are advised that ClubsNSW will launch a new website and membership portal this month. The website and refreshed portal are designed to give clubs a simpler, smarter and more connected way to access the services, resources, news and support they rely on, with new portal features developed in response to member club feedback.
Easier access in one place
The new website will consolidate five separate websites into one easy-to-use destination, giving member clubs a single place to access resources and news, the membership portal, event webpages and major campaign sites. The Your Local Club, ClubGrants and MVSE websites will remain separate.
New website key features
- A refreshed, modern website design with clearer pathways to services, support and industry information.
- Easier access to key member portals through a profile icon when logged in.
- A new enhanced search functionality to help navigate the site with ease, seamlessly connecting you to the right content.
- A more connected content experience, bringing together the industry calendar, e-circulars, ClubLife articles, ClubTV episodes, ClubLIFE podcasts and other resources.
- Easier access to ClubEducation and ClubSafe compliance course enrolments and checkout.
- Access to all member events and conferences on the same site, including major industry events, ClubsNSW conferences and marketing campaigns.
- New featured content, highlighting how ClubsNSW is delivering on its purpose by advocating for the interests of clubs across NSW.
Refreshed membership portal
Alongside the new ClubsNSW website, an enhanced membership portal will also launch, with improved login functionality, streamlined staff management, enhanced email preferences and new features shaped by member club feedback.
Refreshed portal key features
- One-click login: Use Okta for one streamlined login that connects you to both the ClubsNSW website and the membership portal.
- Centralised cart: Purchase all of your ClubEducation and ClubSafe resources in one place.
- See exactly how many seminars credits remain as part of your ClubEducation membership.
- Filter courses by role: See what courses are relevant for directors, managers, CEOs and staff.
- Simplified staff management by introducing a clearer process for managing active and inactive staff. Staff status can now be easily identified, making it quicker and more efficient to maintain and update staff information. Easily switch between multiple venues.
- Refreshed admin roles to better align access and permissions with staff departments, job titles and seniority levels, ensuring permissions are fully utilised and roles are fit for purpose.
During the transition
To support a smooth transition, existing hyperlinks and saved bookmarks will redirect to the new website, making it easy for clubs to find familiar content and resources. Additional support will be available through the dedicated ClubAssist line, with training and showcase sessions available for clubs wanting a guided introduction to the new site.
