Liquor & Gaming NSW (L&GNSW) has commenced the Annual Liquor Licence Fee process.
Fee notices were issued to secretaries on 25 March 2024 and payment was due on 29 May 2024.
If a club’s licence fee remains unpaid after 26 June 2024, the licence will be suspended and a late fee will be applied. Venues cannot sell liquor while their licence is suspended.
If the licence remains unpaid after 25 July 2024, the licence will be cancelled and an additional reinstatement fee will be applied to the total fee.
More information can be found on the L&GNSW Annual Liquor Licence Fee webpage here.
Please contact L&GNSW with any questions via email at [email protected] or call 1300 024 720.
